Venue The meeting will be held in Lisbon at Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST) - Complexo Interdisciplinar, ground floor (#26 in this map: IST Buildings) and there will be directions to the room in the buiding. For directions to IST see: IST on Google Maps ) .   Dinner The Workshop dinner will be held at "Casa do Alentejo" , in downtown Lisbon, on Thursday, October 2nd. Path to dinner (it is best to take the subway and get out at "Restauradores" station). Menu (PDF file)   Posters There will be an area reserved to display posters for anyone interested in presenting their work.

Lunch
Lunches will be held at restaurant Diamantino, close to IST (~ 5 min. walking). It will be an open buffet with meat/fish/vegetarian, etc. Address: Avenida Joao Crisostomo 20 A. For directions see lunch path.

There will be wireless internet access during the meeting.

Transportation Details:
From the airport you can get a taxi - it's just a 10 min. drive to IST or the hotels.; or alternatively there is Bus that can take you to the city centre, and vice versa (line 91).  For displacement within Lisbon use the underground (map) or the bus system (link).

Hotels:
For the hotels, there is plenty of choice in Lisbon, but here is a list of a few hotels close to IST: (NOTE: you should make your own booking; for the first three hotels make sure you say you're visiting Instituto Superior Técnico to get the special rate).
